Bali Trip 28-30th Nov 2009- Day 2

We started our journey from the hotel we stayed at Ramada Bintang to Batu Bulan to appreciate the barong & kris dance..then we continued to Desa Celak to see the handmade silver & gold...

Now from Desa Celak to Tegalalang at Ubud, Ubud is situated in the centre of the Island and is the main arts and cultural district of Bali. Ubud is truly the heartland of Bali, both geographically and culturally. Ancient customs, a rich artistic heritage, and warm hospitality converge in the symbolic heart of the island. Add to this the endless views of lush green rice paddies and forests, and we began to understand the mystical beauty for which Ubud is famous...:)

Now is Kintamani, main attraction of the area is scenic Mount Kintamani and Lake Batur. Mount Batur is a mountain that is still active and are the second highest after Mount Agung at Besakih. The atmosphere is best when enjoy lunch while enjoying the beautiful lakes and mountains that give off smoke friendly...

Moved on to Uluwatu temple, which is located on the southern tip of Bali island and the ocean to the Indies, is a captivating sights.
What's interesting to see here is a temple that stands firmly on the rocks of the stick towards the sea with a height of 50 meters. Well while enjoying the beautiful sunset, you can see the staging balinese dance that is famous in the world, Kecak dance...

By late evening we stopped by GWK (Garuda Wishnu Kencana) to see the Wishnu statue which is the tallest in Bali..We ended our journey by taking photos at the Bali 1st Bombing Momumen in Legian street..

What else shall you wish for more...A great place to visit..Nice view with nice people around...A place that is closed to our hearts...:)
